Valentine’s day (also known around our house as “Mommy’s birthday”) was the day for our 3D ultrasound. The 3D procedure is considered a non-medical “for entertainment purposes only” kind of procedure — the ultrasound tech wouldn’t answer questions about how the baby was measuring — and so you can bring along anyone you want. Paden played hooky from school and came with us. Here’s what she saw:

When Paden saw him, she squealed with delight and asked, “Oh! Can he see me?”
Despite my initial misgivings, we’ve decided to name him Robert Marshall Terrell V, and to avoid confusion with the other Roberts (e.g. his father, his grandfather, his uncle, his cousin) we’ll call him Marshall.
Hi Terrell family! This is absolutely wonderful!! Thank you for sharing. I have never seen anything like this before. How adorable.
Congratulations! I love his name – it is powerful!
Very prescious and amazing! He looks like a fine baby, a good size.
Wonderful experience for Paden and for you all. Thanks for sharing. I love you all very much, Mom……God Bless!
WOW! Thank you so much for sharing these pictures of Marshall. I like the name. I think it suits him–perfect for a little boy with 3 older sisters. It has a strong energy to it. I showed the pictures to Luca. He had a big grin on his face and asked if that was what he looked like when he was in my tummy. A true miracle!!! Congratulations.
Blessings,
Carole
